Your new consult is the time for your concerns to be heard. I will spend 60-90 minutes hearing your story, and together we will develop a plan of care that may include supplements, lifestyle changes, medications, and collaboration with other professionals.

This package includes a follow up appointment 2-4 weeks later to review your labs & initial treatment plan.

Preventative Care
Your preventative visit includes review of your health history, full physical exam, orders for screening tests and labs, Pap (if needed), & holistic recommendations for a healthy lifestyle.
This visit is designed for health promotion. If you have a health concern, please schedule a new consult. This visit may also be scheduled by Swiss Ave patients for 6 month postpartum check.
