Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy — 2 Business Days

To provide high-quality care and protect appointment availability for all patients, we require a minimum of 2 business days’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 2 business days’ notice may be subject to a late-cancellation fee of $150.

• Missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged the full cost of the visit scheduled.

• Business days include Monday–Friday, excluding clinic holidays.

• Notice must be provided by patient portal message
