Hi, I'm Dr. Lillian Medhus. I started Aspire because too many women have told me the same story: years of painful periods, dismissed concerns, or being handed a prescription and sent on their way. In addition, my own health journey inspired me to build a practice that I needed.
I'm a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice with advanced training in chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, sexual health, functional medicine, and hormonal conditions including menopause and PCOS.
What that means in practice: I'm equipped to sit with you in the complexity of your health, connect the dots that other providers may have missed, and build a plan that fits your whole life. What I care most about is that you walk out of your appointment feeling genuinely heard, with a plan that actually works. My visits run 60–90 minutes for a reason. Your story matters, and I want to hear all of it.
Nurse Practitioner
Dr. Sarah Obermeyer, PhD, WHNP-BC, MSCP
PhD University of Texas Medical Branch · MSN, CNM, WHNP Frontier Nursing University · BSN Hope College
Hi, I'm Sarah. I’m a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife with nearly two decades of experience partnering with women through some of the most significant chapters of their health.
I hold a PhD from the University of Texas Medical Branch and a Master of Science in Nurse Midwifery and Women's Health from Frontier Nursing University. But what shapes my care more than any degree is my own experience as a patient. Navigating my health has shown me firsthand what it means to feel truly seen by a provider, and what it means when you don't. That experience is at the heart of everything I bring to this work.
I specialize in gynecologic care and midlife health, with a particular passion for supporting women through perimenopause and menopause. My goal in every visit is simple: to listen deeply, understand what matters most to you, and build a partnership where you feel respected, safe, informed, and genuinely empowered to make decisions about your own health.

As our Office Manager, she handles scheduling, answers your questions, and makes sure you feel taken care of from your very first inquiry. Sloan brings genuine warmth to every interaction, and her goal is simple: that reaching out to our practice always feels easy, not stressful.
